50cc scooter dies when I give it gas?

yes I have a cheap chinese 50cc but its new with 50 miles on it. it was running fine but all of a sudden now it starts and idles fine but once I pull the throttle it cuts out. if I try for a little bit I can get it going and it runs perfect but then once I stop at a stop sign the problem starts again. help!

Check for a dirty air cleaner.
